Karl brings 30 years’ experience across financial planning, compliance and corporate finance, including 20 years’ Board experience as CFO, delivering sector leading growth leading to significant realisations in shareholder value in the SAL Group and the i2 Group.
PETER SEKHON, INVESTOR RELATIONS DIRECTOR
Peter Sekhon has extensive experience delivering a wide number of transformation and multi million pound migration projects within the Financial Services sector. His expertise extends to managing large-scale strategic projects, encompassing significant regulatory changes and multiple customer initiatives.
SIMON BRICKLES, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Simon, the current group Chairman of the GSX Group, brings over 30+ years’ experience in capital markets. Simon served as the former head of AIM/London Stock Exchange and other markets.
GARY COTTLE, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Gary Cottle, an experienced financial services professional with over 30 years of experience has built and managed several global capital markets businesses. In his last position he managed a range of 3rd party exchange investments for Nomura and will play a key role as we re-focus the business.
